Possible causes / problems:
1. Your card has not been personalised properly by us or by yourself
2. ACC has not been set (must not be 00 00)
3. IMSI is missing
4. Authentication keys are missing or are not the same as those required by the network
- Our SMAOT cards requires a correct checksum after Ki and OPc, if the checksum is wrong, authentication will fail
- Algorithm must be the same in Network as in SIM card
- MAC error is typically wrong Ki or OPc keys
- Sync error can occur if SQN is enabled on card and there is a mismatch or a resyn problem between card and network. Try to reset SQN file.
