SMARTJAC SIM Card Management Tool Box - SDK - contains following three (3) software tools:

1) The Java Card Development Kit which includes a complete, standalone development environment in which applications written for the Java Card platform can be developed and tested.

2) The SIMalliance CAT Loader 2.0 allows network operators and service developers to manage ETSI toolkit applications compliant with the latest release using the high-speed CAT-TP protocol and allows users to download and install applications on the SIM card, as well as analyze card content and remove applications. A must-have tool for any applications developer, SIMalliance CAT Loader 2.0 has been tested with all main SIMalliance card suppliers, to ensure it is a truly interoperable tool.

New features within CAT Loader 2.0 include:

• Management of contactless applications (NFC) according to GlobalPlatform 2.2 Amendment C
• Management of SCP02 security according to GlobalPlatform 2.2.1, allowing confidential management of card applications
• Update to the most recent specification of card content management
• Management of multiple sessions and scripts

3) SMARTJAC SIM Editor software tool which addresses the SIM card content administration by scripting methodology. Create advanced scripts with the help of an easy graphical user interface and execute them quickly one-by-one within the tool to change parameters, populate files and edit settings. The main advantages of this tool is that it's a tool optimized for content management of the SIM cards very quickly thanks to the ability to create a range of scripts (with a starting IMSI and an end IMSI). You can create 1000 scripts in a couple of seconds, and it only takes 5-10 seconds to select and execute the script on a SIM card!

Using SIM Editor

SIM Editor provides a graphical interface for you to do the following:

• Browse a specific card type's file system using the File Content table
• Display the the default content of data files in either an easy-to-read interpreted view or a binary representation.
• Create scripts by adding changes to a script list
• Create range of scripts
• Run scripts to change contents on real SIM cards
• Read card contents
