All our cards (USIM) are compliant with a Range is specified in 3GPP TS 51.011 §4.2 Temperature range for card operation: -25° +70° with exceptional pick to 85°.
You can expect temporary failure with the test USIM while operating below -30°C. The cards normally recover and works normally when temperatures are within range again. But if the cards are repeatedly suffering from extreme temperatures, it can of course harm the cards.
